We need to have away to: 1. Extend and reduce the Axes lenghths. Sometimes when you have Two different types of Axes, they tend not to interact, yet i may want to
to place elements at the intersection
2. Incorperate arbitrary and perpendicular axes on the same Axis type
wothout neccesarily creating another type.
