How to use VBA API to show the maps result with Bottom envelope and select characteristic point as the description position.

Hi, 

I am using VBA API to making screen capture. But I don't know how to use the VBA code to show the maps result with Bottom envelope.  I also would like to show the maps result on panels with description at characteristic points.

Does anyone know how to make that VBA codes?
