How to set up a live load.

I have added a live load type to my project. The bars have a uniform load of -1kip Z. I would like to design as well for a 0.5kin of live load. I'm not sure where I would input 0.5kin for a live load but I can tell something must be wrong because I have no data coming out for bar diagrams when live load is selected. It does have diagrams for dead load but not live load diagrams for bars as I would like to see. Does anyone know how to set up the live load for bar diagrams?

I wanted to add that I want the dead load and live load to be combined together. I have been reading the users guide but I need a bit of help to run calculation with the dead and live load combined. Thanks.

check the Loads table and see if there are any loads defined for your Live load.If not ...
