Isolated Nodes Have Been Found - Dead/Live Load Analysis

I have created a simple rectangular structure consisting of 4 timber 4x4 columns and 4 timber 4x4 beams. From geometry I selected supports/fixed and selected the bottom node of each column. From Loads I added a dead and live load type. From load definition I selected Bar/Uniform Load and set the Z to -1kip.

When I run Analysis/Calculations I get an "Isolated Nodes have been found". I believe there is a reference to a node number 10 which is problematic.

I am new to Roboto. Is there anyone who can help me to understand what the isolated node message means and how to solve it in this situation. I am attaching screen shots of the analysis. Thank you.

Check deformation on results/diagrams for bars and it will probably show where the problem is.
