How to check if wind load wil cause oscillation

Hi,

I have a tall and thin concrete structure and I want to check whether wind load will cause oscillation issues. I have run modal analysis, identified the modes where the mass participation is high and checked the deflected shapes, so I think I know the natural frequency of the structure for movement in each direction.

How can I tell if the wind load will be an issue? How can the software calculate the forced frequency from the wind so I can check if this is close to the natural frequency, hence causing a problem?

Time history analysis will check if structure is prone to ressonance when submitted to a syntetic wind function.
But it's your(user) job to create this wind function based on a code or on academic papers/books
