How can I find the I value of a section

Am doing analysis of a simple supported beam but I want to prove the answer I obtain with robot with the one using the formulas.  Specifically when computing deflection the Formula is (5wL/384 EI ) where w - is load L -length E -Young's Modulus I- moment of inertia.  In robot analysis I have used a W 18 x 35 section and I was asking how can I find its value of I (moment of inertia)
