Generate the wind loads on multistory buildings by using (ASCE7-02)

-  Is there any possibility to generate the wind loads for multistory concrete buildings by (ROBOT ARSApor  2013) or not . if possible please help me by steps how can I generate it ?

-   In the attached capture form (CBSpor 2013 ) , I have noted that there is no importance factor. Pls explain ?

This code is not imlpemented for 3D generator.
