elements disappear

You cannot move a bar without moving its end nodes (which has to be selected first). In other words you should select end nodes of the beam to move the beam (beam doesn't have to be selected) but moving these nodes will result in moving top ends of the columns too. To sum up the copy and delete (as you did at the end of the movie) is the best option.

Thanks for the reply,

but I disagree. The shifting technique shown, in which you select the element and not the nodes, is present in many programs and is very useful to move the element but not the nodes connected to other elements.

The function should also be present in the robot, and, in fact, it works with other files.

I'm waiting clarification.

Thank you,

I attach the file and another video.

I realized that the problem is highlighted by selecting the moving vector through the nodes.

nothing disappears here

Try to find where did the missing bar(54) go. Does it vanish also from the bar table??

So strange. It happens to me as shown in the video.

I await the response of Autodesk that is supposed to be considering the bug.

Thank you,

Daniel

Che strano. A me succede quanto mostrato nel video.

Rimango in attesa della risposta di Autodesk che si suppone stia valutando il bug.

Grazie,

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

As for Rafael I can't see uissie as in my case a bar is correctly moved to a new location. What I noticed is that in the movie you used different file then the one you provided the link to. Could you check as suggested by Rafael if you have the same number of Bars in the bar table before and after moving the selected bar please? Do you have the same issue when you start a new project with a single bar and you move it or is it for a specific model only?

Good morning,

Perhaps this video can help to isolate the problem.

I attach the files with which I filmed the video.

For the moment, the problem is evident only with the attached file.

Good day,

Daniel

Thank you Daniel. The file you sent allowed me to reproduce this issue which is now being investigated by the development team.
