Diferent ratio values in Member verification and in Member properties (Code check)

Hello!

Could you please explain why there are different values of utilization ratio of a member in member verification and in member properties? Which of these results are reliable and to be taken into account?

The values are up to date, taken after model/member recalculations.

I'm using 2023 pro.
