As can be seen in the image below, I generated result report for my cases.
All value are ok except the precision value for Fx (kN) in case 4 and case 5, those two values becomes “####” and I tried the below changes and the problem remains the same.
- Adjustment on the width/space of that column.
- Increasing/decreasing the decimal places to max and min.
- Re-simulate the system.
- Restarting the RSA software.
- Slight change the input value and re-simulate the system.
All other values look fine but these two values, I believe the actual value of “#####” is ok as well; however, my client would want a clear and exact report.
Could you please kindly advise the situation?
