The thing is that cover that you choose is too small than code regulations needs - for enviroment class that you provided (analisys --> story parameters: for example XC, XD, ... XA)
You can modify cover and deviations in Analysis > Calculation Options (as in the windows information says) or change the enviroment class - if it's possible in your case.
