Hello everyone, I have a hard time meshing a pressured vessel.
I'm trying to model a pressure vessel accurately so I can determine how much load the frame above it can carry. However, I'm struggling to model the vessel correctly. Does anyone have tips on how to do this without so much difficulty?
On top of that, when I try to mesh the vessel, the nodes between the different parts don't connect. This makes the parts disjointed and also creates incoherent meshing between them (has seen in the photo below).
How can i improve my modelization and how can i create a better meshing ?
Here is how my pressured vessel is supposed to look like :
I simplified it because I'm having a hard time creating it in Robot Structural Analysis.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot for the consideration,
