Hi,

I have a problem. I want the name that i choose to my bars show in the plot.

In place of the number "1" i want that show "p41" - The text "P41" i insert in revit, before send the model to RSA

Could you help me?, i need the correct name of the variable to choose this template.

This is the only way that the ROBOT and Revit will have the same number to the elements

Sorry, i don´t speak english, only portuguese.

Hi @Anonymous

you can change the element name from the : RC component inspector right click on the element and choose edit > Rename or just press "F2" after choosing.

The name you write is the exact name to be shown in the Plot.

It's an option, but i a have a hard work in revit to named the elements. I don't want to do this again in robot. It's not smart and i can make a mistake doing it manually.

Is it possible export this name back to revit? To use a tag

Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous

The tags assigned in Revit are not recognized in Robot. The only way to have the same element numbers is to edit them in Robot manually or with the numbering options.

I recommend you to sign that petition asking AUTODESK to do serious development on Robot and to save it.

Thanks.
