Hi all,
I have a situation where i'm gonna place a concrete foundation(3.00*2.50*0.30m) is gonna be placed on an EPS(Expanded polystyrene) layer. see image below.
My system is loaded by a moment, H and V force.
This is what i'm expecting as result on the stress(red area) of the EPS.
The EPS does have a KZ value of 5500kN/m2.
My question is: Where do i apply this value?
And how do i get this stress image?
Thanks in advance.

As wind load don't act alone you must set wind case as auxiliary.
You must create all your combinations with dead load included.
Look at screenshot to set non linear parameter correctly

thanks for your reply. it's working now, didn't realize that is was neccesary for Robot.
handcalculation (3*2.5*0.3*25=)56.25+(0.5*0.6*0.8*25=)6 = 62.25kN / (3.0*2.5)=8.3kN/m2 average
With applied moment and own weight factor 1.0
occuring moment 10*1+25=35kNm stress = 35/(1/6*2.5*3^2)=9.33kN/m2 --> stress is bigger than to own weight so left part comes free. ok. 9.33+8.3=17.63 kN/m2 (small underestimation because own weight is now carried by a smaller surface area)
So far so good. (higher force applied)
What i'm trying to understand now:
1- what tells the integral value now?
2- what is the best way now to consider the thickness, ass it's looking for me now that the results are in the middel of the concrete panel, while overtipping should occur at the bottom of it's thickness?
Thanks in advance.
File is attached.
what it is displayed in your screenshot is sol reaction, which has nothing to do with stress in the concrete panel.
If you want to check concrete panel you have to switch to "Detailed" and in "Parameters " select "middle lower or upper"
Integral value is the area of the diagram
