Composite Beam Design Extension 2021

I'm trying to use the Composite Beam Design Extension 2020 plugin but after i had installed the "AutodeskCompositeBeamDesignExtension2020.msi" downloaded from Autodesk App Store none item has appear on Plugin's menu on Robot. I've tryied to uninstall and install again but doesn't worked.

I hope that a colleague can help us by indicating how this problem can be solved. 

We expect some response and that our query does not end with zero responses.

Just to be sure. Is it 2021 or 2020?

Robot and app version have to be the same version

sorry, it's the same version, both 2021

both program and tool are version 2021

Please note that Composite Beam Design Extension  will work only with Robot in the English version. If Robot runs in another language version, the application will not be accessible.

Thanks for the clarification, indeed the tool worked with a robot in English.

It is also clear that this tool works only with the AISC standard database.
