You can find the hotfix in your Autodesk account. 

In Robot several revisions of the ACI code have been implemented. Please specify the exact one.

Hotfix 1 for Robot 2022

I have checked both versions of the ACI 318-11 - no issues on my side. Could explain step by step your actions to reproduce the error?
