CANT SEE RESULTS CONNECT IN MS EXCEL

Morning,

I've got Autodesk Robot 2018 and MS Excel 2016 installed in my computer.

I cannot see the Results Connect addin in Excel. Can you please give me a hand to activate it?

I have already confirmed/checked:

- Results Connect is installed.

- Have tried to activate it in Excel (Options/Addins/COM Addings) but does not appear. Perhaps I need a path to file? but does not know which file and where?

Dear Artur,

Can confirm that results connect is installed in my computer (step 1).

But I cannot see it (step 2) or mark/activate (step 3) in the Add-ins menu in Excel/options.

ps I do not see "Autodesk Vault Addin for Office 2016" either if that has anything to be with this issue?

Artur,

In the step 3, within File/Options/Add-ins -> COM Addins, there is the option to add a new one. If you let me know which file or the address where the file is stored, perhaps that's a way to make it work?

What is exactly your Excel version? Have you tried to uninstall and install Results Connect again?

It's solved, it was an internal issue of permissions for writing/changing registry files.

Hi Artur

I am having issues with finding the Results Connect Addin which does not appear. My colleague has the add-in but when I search I can not find ASC.vtso|vstolocal which my colleague is using. Can you advise as I have had our IT investigate and  I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Robot and Results Connect.
