calculation errors (Insufficient wall sec

Hello all engineers,

I analysied under ground tank  ,but when I designed wall of tank there is calculation errors

                                      (Insufficient wall section (11.10.9) )

How can I fix this errors ???

IMHO you shouldn't design a tank wall as a shear wall (I assume you have out of the wall plane bending).
