Hi @hernan825

As long as you don't have to include time related effects nor you have cables in the girders you can however you may find Autodesk Structural Bridge Design which is a dedicated bridge design software as more suitable option.

Artur is right, but i should recommend you other bridge software: Bentley RM Bridge (I personally been using this for the last 17 years)(https://www.bentley.com/en/products/product-line/bridge-analysis-software/rm-bridge) and Sofistik (https://www.sofistik.com/)... Of course there are many others (CSI Bridge, Midas...) but i rank this as beeing on european top usage (maybe i'm wrong but it is my actual perception)... be aware that they are not Autodesk (Artur suggested the software that Autodesk have in bridge design) ...

variable sections are not a problem as you can divide in pieces and have good results . For a basic bridge analysis , Robot can be used , but As @rsousa_  and @Artur.Kosakowski  said , for complete analysis with staged construction with time dependant materials properties ,you should use a more specialized software

@Rafacascudo , I cant agree more with you. I use RSA por preliminary superstructure design (and some time final design - it depends on the bridge) and for sub-structure design (final design, other models cross-check, ...).

The example presented by  @hernan825 , i would use for super-structure final design a specialized software for sure.
