Applying Wind loads to Diaphragms

In RSA can we apply wind loads to Diaphragms?

If you mean to the center of gravity - no, but you may look at this workaround:

Yes I mean, in Etabs we can define a rigid or semi rigid diaphragm for a slab and apply manually calculated wind loads to the diaphragm easily. Can we do that in Robot?
