Hi @Anonymous

What did you enter in the email address field of the crash report as I'm not able to find any from March searching for your email address?

Is it the same when you select different reinforcement bar database in Job Preferences?

I can select a different set of reinforcement, but I cannot edit at all. It just keeps crashing.

Hi @Anonymous

Could you zip and attach your model and record the steps to follow to reproduce this situation?

Hi @Anonymous

Which version of Robot was installed the latest? 2016 or 2019?

Downloaded 2019. Had the crash problem, then downloaded the 2016 version.

Hi @Anonymous

As you installed RSA 2016 after RSA 2019 you should be able to open and edit the reinforcement bar database in RSA 2016. Then you can copy it to the corresponding RSA 2019 folder.
