Assuming that you want to design a foundation in node 6 then the model you sent don't have any combinations defined whereas it seems you used COMB1 for the design. Could you attach the model after exporting the reactions in node 6 from the model to the foundation model (in other words with the  Foundation 6 already being creayed in the Rc Inspector) so that it is easier to investigate the situation you described?
