Idea Statica 6.3.4 with link to RSA for connection design has been released and can be downloaded from:

The way to add the link to Add-Ins command in RSA is described in the below link:

When you watch the movie available under the above link mind that you actually need to select both a node and elements you want to export. Mind that when you save a connection file with a space in its name you will need to manually open it in the Idea Statica Connection as the links only opens the application without the automatic connection transfer. If a file has got a name with no space the connection will be loaded automatically.

I'm not aware of any such links. On the other hand you should be able to export a model from RSA to Idea but I haven't tested this. You may want to post your question using this link:
