About slab reinforcement

Seen some video,there slab reinforcement have no rebar in middle in top,but in my exercise,i experienced with top and bottom rebar.Is there any variation in parameters setting?

Sir, i use version 2020.here, in reinforcement parameters tab, membrane reinforcement in one layer option is inactive. Is there any problem?

In this case the membrane reinforcement in one layer option will be active:
