There definitely was an issue, I think it may have been a corrupt 3D View,

I deleted All the 3D named Views and opened a new one and did ZA and it went blank so deleted this.

Opened another 3D View Turned  ON > Show Crop Region and was able to Zoom in and out on Fine View

Also changing the Projection Node in the Properties allowed Zooming in-out in fine Mode.

Not sure 100% what solved it?

I have to agree something is not right as even when I get Fine Detail to Work with Hidden Line it does not show correctly?

There is a lot of detail here with all the connections etc. but its not a huge model.  There is definitely something causing this!

Do you have any Visualisation Tools/Settings applied with the Graitec Add-in?

Have you tried turning off Add-ins?

Manage Tab > Extensions > Add-ins

I have scaled it down to the Connections, Turning OFF the Connections in your original 3D model View allows it to work without issue!

It appear to be related to this Connection - Selecting it > Right Click > Select Similar (5) > Delete > All works fine

The culprits appears to be the single connection and is under another connection - Tab to select the one with the same Reference in the Type Selector in the Properties Palette
