Why wall keep getting attaching with slab?

I have noticed that walls keeping getting attached with slab, even though I detached many times. But after some hours it gets attached with slab automatically. 

Am I doing something wrong during the any of the Revit work flows.

i get this message when I edit the slab. After this Slab gets attached to walls! ?

I never want to attach wall with slabs in my project! Is any way where I can set an option to control this?

generally speaking, after you edit a slab, you get this message 

maybe you press "attach" without noticing or you toggled the "Do not show me this message again" and then pressed "Attach"
