Varying rebar set

Hey,

 

How can I model rebar laid as shown (green) in the picture? If I choose variable rebar end extend it from edge more than shown by blue line, it just changes to different layout which is not parralel with edge (shown in pic 2).

Hi @daniel.compel 

 

You need to constrain both bar ends to the inclined face on the left. 

You can first create a single bar in the direction you need > create a set > change to varying > edit the bar constraints > select both ends and pick the inclined face

Adjust the bar length as needed, either by dragging the handle or editing the offset in edit constraints.
