Hi, anyone can help me, i am trying to set the varying rebar to abutment, but it keeps offside from it host, please help me. Thank you.

Taking a quick look I would suggest that using the Free-Form Rebar option is more relatable to this model shape.
I would advise you check the Constraints to ensure it’s controlled by the shape edges.
I will try to review the model at the first opportunity and feedback.

I would suggest that the issue is because the faces of that element are not at 90 degrees!
For shape driven rebar the sloped segment therefore cannot constraint to the outer edge so as suggest this lends itself to Freeform method of placement.

I tried the other segment, and it works, what makes it unable to do the same?

The other rebar place is very planar and uses straight edges.
I did got it to work in a sense but as you can see when Stretch (i had to do it slowly until it picked the correct path but as you can see the Bar is not symmetrical and the shape adjusts the more it is stretched and i think this is due the the shape not being symmetrical when placing the rebar.
When reviewing constraints its due to the top Left angled segment not finding a correct constraint and not locking in place
You can either use Free Form rebar or make the host symmetrical at the angled areas

Hi @a.narulita
I can recommend creating some new geometry for driving the free form rebar geometry.
To do this you can:
Copy the model in place host to the side
Edit the swept blend profiles and make just the base
Create aligned distribution FFR in that base
Edit constraints and set the bars to be parallel to the end face
Move the new host back and hide it
You can also change the set to Bend, so it matches a rebar shape and reports the segment lengths.
To define what the A, B, C values mean for that shape, you can find it in the project browser, edit the family and assign the letters as needed. You can also rename the shape to something from standards or some shape 99.
