Using the match properties tool

Hello everyone,

I am recently trying to learn to work with Revit structures, and I am wondering how does the match properties tool function in Revit. I think that you will get better what I am trying to explain through this picture. In this image you will see 3 piles, the first one has a different length in comparison with the others, and i would like to know if with match properties the length of the first pile can be adopted into the other ones. The image that shows this is Secção A_1.

Element length is typically not a property that can be "Matched".  For the most part "Match Properties" matches element Type.
