unknown shape

dears

when i model a cold formed steel shapes [z sections] from uk english library and trying to apply the connections. i received a message from revit that [ unknown shape of connected elements ]

i changed the profile shape or defined the shape to cold formed z section with lip and trying to apply

the connection and i received the following message

"Incomplete Structural Section parameters"

while all parameters are complete as shown in the attachments.
