Good day,
How can I make the top (bottom) chords of a steel truss Stick Symbol Location (coarse view) in elevation or section views to be in the up position?
Do I need make some adjustments in Truss family? What is the way?
See attached. (Revit 2022)
Thanks.

Unfortunately with Structural Framing Elements they are based on Families with a Centre Line Symbolic Reference and this is called out in Coarse View Settings.

The only alternative would be to edit the Structural Framing Family and add a Symbolic Line to be Viewed in Coarse View and lock the ends and centre to the 3D shape bit this will effect all other beams so would need to be saved as another reference.

Good day,

How can I edit an existing Truss.rfa to get the desired result?

( not a new Truss.rft )

Could you show more details (steps)?

Thank you.

The main focus is to ensure you turn on ALL the Reference information that drives the Truss and ensure the Parameter's are correct and edit it this way - So ensure from Visibility Graphics you turn on all Reference Planes and then this will allow you to fully understand what is driving the element positioning etc.
