Structural Precast Extension : custom title block template

hi all,
I am trying to prepare a custom title block template modifying the existing one.
Unfortunately each time I modify the existing It gives me an error or miss display like in video.

How come?

I have maneged the issue in this way.

Each time you create a new title block renamed with New uniquie name.

Even if you have previusly deleted some title block in the directory, and you rename the new titleblock after the previusly one deleted, it will appear as the one you have previusly delated.

Please solve this bug.
