Structural framing assembly exports to IFC wrong level

Hi! 

I have created a structural framing assembly. However when exporting to IFC, one piece of it is located in the wrong position, slightly upwards on where it is in revit. I have set reference levels to all elements, have tried the IfcSpatialContainer like internet suggests, however it still does not work. Any suggestions?

Check if all the structural framing have the same "Reference Level" and "Work Plane"
