Structural Foundation not in the schedule

Hi, I am working on a structural model where I have structural foundation slabs.
I created a multicategory schedule to show Family, Type and Material:Volume as field, but the foundations are not listed (the schedule is empty). All other structural element e.g ground beams and foundation walls are listed.

Thanks

how do use sorting?

I recommend you use material take off instead

Probably due to a wrong filter, you might want to check your phasing, category,...

Hi thanks for the answer. There is not filter applied or any sort of phasing

Hi, there is no sorting or filter applied. I have used a multicategory schedule including all the category and yes I have used material takeoff.

Can you share the file?

Hi,

I detached the file from the central model. The foundation slabs are all the element highlighted in the image.
You can find the multicategory schedule for material take-off I created.

Thanks for your support

Well, trying to schedule a material offset of geometry without a material is asking for a beer in a winebar:

As soon as I put in a material this happened:

Hi @semi

that seems to be a common sense 😄 However, I never thought it could be something related to material as I imported the family from the Revit default folders and would have expected the material to be already assigned (by category as any other object).

That solved the problem, and now I can have my volume in the schedule 🙂 🙂 🙂
