Structural columns and structural framing moves after axport to IFC

I've encountered some problems with exporting to IFC.

when i make the IFC export and  continue to open the IFC in solibri/navisworks/relink in revit/... the strucural L-columns and structural L-framing moves a couple of cm to the side/top offset changes.

the plates and bolts keep their original places.

does anybody have an idea what the problem is.

screenschots attached.
