Hello:
If someone can point me in the correct direction I would appreciate it:
1. Per the attached image, note how the magenta bar exists all in one plane (blue callout) while the green bar adjusts for the overlap. Both bars are the same; and were placed in the same fashion. Is there a way to force the magenta bar to overlap properly?
2. Is there a way which we can tell Revit onto which side we would like the overlap to occur? (Red arrow in picture).
Thanks !
Nick
you can use constrains and edit constrains select the bar and then select the reference and adjust the distance
unforunatly you have to do this manualy for the bar/set of bars

Hello Ahmed Mohrame:
Not sure you understood my question - I don't think the constraints have anything to do with it (Actually, every bar was placed singularly). In the first two images the Magenta bars and the Green bars are all the same shape and were placed exactly the same (diff dimensions though as the barrier tapers). The magenta bars did not overlap properly but the green did. In the third picture this is also illustrated but note also that even the green bars overlap differently from each other.
is there any control over this?
Thanks;
Nick
Hi @nick.seman
Intersecting segments are automatically shifted in fine 3D view.
Can you add a sample model with these bars?
as expert @ovidiu_paunescu said if you could attach the file so that we could help
