Hello everyone,
got a issue with the link between RVT2022 & AdvanceSteel 2022
i'll use these terms :
> FF (fabrication form) : steel element ( column or beams) with steel element applied to them ( connection / weld / bolts)
> CF (classical form) : native steel element (no connections applied to them)
there my issues:
> Column orientation :
For CF element when i export from RVT to AS, profiles are rotated to 90° in AS
for FF elements, good orientation in AS
See below:
> Beam with offset:
for CF element, when i export from RVT to AS, offset are in wrong value (ex: -20 is set to +20)
for FF elements, good offset set in AS
See below:
Orientation & offset seems to be related to the fabrication form.
Does anyone can reproduce this issue on his side ?
i attach the RVT22 model / the AS22 model / the .SMLX file

update: 2021/04/21
got a feedback on AS forum, and before installing 2022 version, 2021 exports well, but after installation of 2022 version 2021 export seems buggy now.
got a feedback only on orientation problem, not offset currently.

And problem is still present. see below:
it has to be fixed ASAP, and from AS forum it seems to corrupt previous version (20/21..)
