Not shown in my Manage page either - I do have 28 versions of an ACAD LT 2016 update though...

Hi JGAo1 and tom ,

It seems that you have active subscription for BDSP 2016 so these extensions should be available for you.

If they are not it means that there is some incoherence in the settings of your accounts. Please log to your subscription accounts and log support requests related to no availability to download Revit Extensions for 2016 version:

Pawel,
Thanks for replying - a call is already in. The Autodesk Structures Team have looked at my account but haven't found out why it is not visible either.

Just a note to thank Autodesk Support, they have assisted us while their Account site is being investigated.

We have the same issue, I've logged the case but it seems to be a common problem

I've been informed there is an issue that Autodesk are looking to resolve regarding Building Design Suite Premium.

In the interim we've been sent a link to download REX_2016, which is installed and running for us now. I'd suggest anyone with the same issue requests support as suggested by Pawel Pulak and you'll get a PM with a link for the download.

Richard

It's an issue Autodesk are attempting to recitfy with BDS Premium.

Follow the steps that Pawel (pp2008) has mentioned to report it. I did and Auotdesk sent me a link to download the extensions which I now have up and running.

I'm sure you'll get a reply but if you don't let me know and I'll send the extension over to you for you to install.

Hi MPThomson,

Thanks for your offer, I will wait for an answer from Autodesk like you suggest, guess(/hope) they'll reply soon. What's your timezone, in case I'd like your helpfull offer tomorrow morning? I'm from the Netherlans myself.. Too bad I didn't notice the Extensions missing earlier, now it's deadline-fighting-time.

I read something about BDSP indeed. A real pain to all the fellow users that are paying a lot of money for the suite and are being left unsure about a solution coming soon.

Thanks again!

You're welcome,  I know how frustrating it can be especially when you're on a deadline.

I'm in the UK, just let me know if you need the link.

Thanks, it helps you're in the UK, guess you'll read it in an hour or so 🙂 I didn't get a reply from Autodesk yet, and since they're usually responding from a much earlier timezone, I would appreciate it if you could send me a link. Guess it will work through a PM?

Thanks a lot, Richard.

It should be available now, Autodesk updated their site.

It would be helpful if they would STOP changing locations all the time. So for now it is located here on your Accounts page under Products. Click on Downloads...not updates or enhancements...

from there Updates and Add-ons:

See everyone in a couple months when it changes yet again... HTH

Random one. I am being asked if this extension can be added to Revit LT?

Thanks

Not an option in LT. Add ins etc aren't an option full stop for Revit LT or AutoCAD LT.

Otherwise you could create an add in that would give LT the same function as full blown Revit!
