I have question, Why Revit doesn't let me insert a family? I have version 2021 and 2020 and neither of both let insert. When I push "upload family" it shows a window where I choose the family I'm going to use but when I choose the family after I push "open", it doesn't insert nothing, how if I never chose a family.
