Rebar in Circular Wall

How do I get the sketched rebar to max space on this circular wall? 

Rebar Shape extends to top and bottom slab.

Needs to rotate around this circular wall. I've tried changing the Layout to Max Spacing, but it is only following a few inches of the wall and not going in a circular direction.

Try using the standard circle array tool.

Try creating an 2 Additional Generic Model element (which can host rebar) - each one half a circle. And then model the rebar with Free Form option:
- Aligned : choose 3 surfaces that you want your rebar to be shaped as

- Path should be one of the circular edges.

- Then adjust dimensions with Edit Constriant option to match your dsesired shape

You need to use path command for drawing rebars. then change the layout to max spacing. to extend rebars to top and bottom slabs, use "edit constraints" and change the constraints for start and end of rebar.
