Problem With Connection

Hello guys, i'm trying to connectu a structural column with beam, it seems pretty easy but i've got always this issues :

 

-Connection failed 

-Invalid type or number of input elements

 both together ...

I've seen some similare issue on the forum but it still not working... can someone help me please?

Shorten the beam to start \ end at column web.

I have taken your model, deleted the connections and r-inserted them and they are working ok on my machine
