Problem in Revit 2020 & 2019

I downloaded version 2020 and found this problem (Not showing up Any list containing a drop list)

It does not exist in any other program (AutoCAD / Photoshop / CorelDraw / Microsoft Office)
I have reviewed all the steps of computer repair but I Can't not been successful to solving it
I replaced it with version 2019 and found the same problem
I do not know What is the problem and what is the solution that affects the work on the program

Is it a 4K screen? Change the Windows Display Scaling to 150% or less. 100% is ideal but it can make everything tiny on a very hi-res screen.

Is it a 4K screen?  I'm not sure but the Max resolution Are available is 3840 X 2160

When Windows Display Scaling changed to 125% Nothing happened
But when it was changed to 100% the problem was fixed and I can not read any word in any list becous it is very small

Both images have the same length (screen length)

Change it to 150% and if the text are still too small then reduce the resolution to something less than 3840 x 2160.

You will need to at least restart Revit after changing the screen resolution. I think you may even need to restart your computer.
