Point clouds no longer aligning properly within Revit

I've been racking my brain to try and understand why the point clouds within my design model within Revit no longer align correctly using shared coordinates. The cad surveys from the linked site model locate in the correct position whereas the point cloud is off by around 300mm. Please refer attached. This has only occurred since last week as the point cloud used to position in the right place. Note, that the point cloud remains properly aligned within the site model even though I do get a warning message as per the attached screenshot. We've tried the following resolutions without a solution;

1. Updated Revit R22 to the latest version (2022.1.2)
2. Worked through these possible solutions from the AutoDesk forum (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Issue-wi...)
3. Unloaded the site model, loaded in a CAD survey (currently present within the site model), reset coordinates within the design model, acquired coordinates from the CAD survey and then reloaded the site model.
4. Did an audit
5. Opened up a previous backup of the design model to see if the point cloud aligns properly.
6. I also opened up a new model and then loaded in the site model, acquired coordinates and then loaded in the design model using shared coordinates and in this scenario the point cloud is in the correct location.

Then I tried another solution where I created a new 'site' model with a column as a reset model seeing that the reset coordinates tool in revit doesn’t always properly ‘zero’ and reset the model’s coordinate system. I imported this into the site model, reset coordinates within revit and then acquired coordinates to 'zero' the site model and properly reset the coordinates. For there I acquired coordinates from the main cad survey within the site model. Next step was to open up the design model, unload the site model from it, import the new 'site' model, rest coordinates, acquired coordinates form the 'site' model, unloaded this model and the reloaded the main site model (centre to centre). As I had existing easting and northing grids within the design model I aligned the site model to these and once in the correct position then I acquired coordinates from the site model. Even after this process the point cloud is still misaligned by that 300mm. Then I decided to load in the point cloud directly to the design model and this also landed in the slightly misaligned positioned. I manually dragged the point cloud to the CAD survey that showed a common edge to the point cloud (so approximately 300mm) and then the point not only moved that distanced but then it 'jumped' that original misaligned distance as well. Seeing the point cloud is perfectly fine in the site model yet not in the design model and as the combined design model and site model has a lot more graphical data could the problem ultimately be the graphics card in my machine is inadequate?
2. So, with that in mind I got IT to revert my graphics card version back to a previous version to see if it was a graphics fault, which it does seem to be. Unfortunately still no luck.
3. I also did something similar to bulletpoint 8 where reset the design model coordinates to 'zero', using the zero coordinates model first before you link it into the site model and then shifted the design model to the correct position in the site model and the report shared coordinates back to the design model. Again, no luck.
4. Lastly, I created a point cloud revit model where I imported the site model into a new project, acquire coordinates from this, linked in the point cloud file using shared coordinates, removed the site model, saved it then linked this point cloud model into the design model. Again, the point cloud didn’t show where it should’ve.

Apart from potentially having to build a new design model does anyone else have a solution I could try?

I think I have the same problem:

• We load a file in Revit
• We load a point cloud in shared coordinates
• There is a warning : "More than 300000...."
• The cloud and the building are well coordinated
• Turn off Revit without or by saving
• Reopen the file and reload the point cloud file or delete it and reload
• The cloud file is shifted

This problem occurs on all versions of Revit (tested in 2019 / 2021 / 2022)

But I don't understand how to reduce the point cloud coordinates and keep the geolocation in Revit?

Do you have more clues?
