pile caps coordination family

I create a multiple families for pile caps. 

now I need to give a list of piles and I have problem..

1. the cap has only one name while it has <2 pile.

I need way to put a name in every pile.

2. I see solutions for coordinate pile do you know a way to coordinate caps?
