Partial demolition for different objects

Is there anybody working at Autodesk who has worked in real refurbishment project where Revit is used?

Why in earth the cut fillings are working differently between categories? I have existing wall, floor and beam where I have placed a family based void object which is in a New phase. The wall partial demolition is shown correctly in a plan (when cut) but not in a section, the floor partial demolition is shown correctly in a section (when cut) but not in a plan view and the beam partial demolition is not showing correctly anywhere. Only demolished parts from wall can be seen in 3D view when viewing demolished only. This has to be a bad joke!

Revit is complete chaos because there is nothing consistency between tools and functions! What is the guidance from Autodesk to properly use phases and partial demolitions? Is Revit suitable for anything? Not for precast design, not for wood design, not for steel shop drawings, not for refurbishment projects.
