Multi-rebar tag - Combine similar rebar sets in one tag

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a way to place a single multi-rebar annotation for 2 (or more) rebar sets. They have identical count, bar diameter, spacing, position number and suffix. I wish to display this in a format like this: 

2 x 20ø10c200, -01, UK ([Number of rebar sets] x [Quantity (one rebar set)] ø [Bar Diameter] c [Spacing], [Position Number], [Suffix]) . Is there a way to do this?

I know how to get it in one line like "40ø10c200, -01, UK", but I want it to show that there are two identical groups with 20 bars in each group, not 40 combined. I also don't want it as two identical, but separate lines because that takes up more space.

I think you should be able to get around this with Quantity by Set but i am struggling to see where you can count the number of sets?

I have not found that either. The only parameter that can do it as far as I know, is the "Multi Leader Tag: Host Count". But that one does not work with multi-rebar annotation it seems. It only works with a regular tag if you add more hosts. That will display it as i.e "2 x 20ø10c200, -01, UK", but you don't get the dimension line with that.

I thought a workaround could be to get the Dimensions Count and create a Calculated Parameter “Dimension Count/Quantity Rebar Set” but you can include the Dimension Parameter in this process!

if you change one Rebar set Spacing so they are not identical you do get 2 Tags so you may be able to try and work around this way using Max/Min spacing?

Maybe needs adding as an Idea for future consideration and development!

Yes, I also tried what you are suggesting. Being able to use Dimension Count in a calculated parameter would help a lot. I'll see if I can add this as a suggestion for a future releas. I don't think we will be able to solve this one easily at this moment.
