Lock section view extent to edge of model element?

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to lock a section view to follow the edge of a model element, if dragged. As visualized in a structural plan view below. In this case, I've extended the floor, and dragged the wall alongside it - however I would like the view section to follow along the edge of either the floor, or the wall with a set offset. Can it be done?
