Linking Plant 3d object

I've got some models a client gave to me which were created in Plant 3D. Whenever I link them into my Revit model, all I see are wireframes. Is there some plugin I need to view the objects correctly?

See the attached video.

try to import  cads file into a revit family like Metric Generic Model.rft (in 3d mode view) , you can change the detail level and visual styles in the family itself then save to a filename and load into your revit file and see if helps. thanks

I found the solution. The Plant 3D user has to use the command EXPORTTOAUTOCAD for the model to show up correctly in Revit.
