Levels and Grids from linked site co-ordination model

Right, We've been given a site co-ordination model with levels and grids on it, when I link this into my project and bind, etc, despite ticking the boxes for "associated levels and grids" they don't appear in elevation, only in plan?

Any help?

Select a grid on plan, right-click and choose select all instances in project, then choose maximize 3d extent. Do the same for levels.

By the way, are you supposed to bind the coordination model? Normally you just need to link it in snd copy monitor the levels and grids. That way you can keep the link updated for the long run.

Sorry, just seen how to, but its greyed out, I can only "reset 3D extents" which does nothing

Got it, so my problem was that because the elevation markers were set straight (as in 90 degrees) but the project is working to true north it wasn't picking up the grids as they weren't perpendicular to the view, I've altered the rotation of the elevation markers and that's solved everything!

Thanks for the help regarding binding etc!
