New Revit user here, so this may very well be operator error, but here is my issue:
Im a surveyor in industrial construction, and when I export an IFC, I need volume (concrete, for my purposes) to be represented as cubic yards, not cubic feet. My project units in Revit are set to cubic yards, and I can’t figure out how to get the IFC file to keep it as cubic yards. Can someone please help? Thank you.

Have you set your File format information correctly when exporting?
How to export model from Revit to IFC file format with quantities (autodesk.com)

Thank you for responding. Yes, I have tried exporting it with every combination of those three settings, but no luck. I’m not 100% sure it’s a Revit export issue, but whether I open the exported IFC file in Autodesk Docs or in Bluebeam, it displays volume in cubic feet. Thanks again for responding.

It may very well be, and I’ll look into that deeper. Thanks again for your time, and for going out of your way to help.
